Apparently the App is not for maintenance of your account as far as adding or buying minutes anymore. However Tracfone seems not to say anything.
This app is cumbersome and awkward, logins are problematic, but it does reflect the inaccurate info that the TracFone database system has. Getting a service rep to update and accurately reflect the reality of your plan and balances is a true nightmare. Support chat is intolerable. Scheduled callbacks are never placed. The Verizon buyout and network upgrade was not good for this company. Was told I needed a new phone - not so, and led to a great deal of bad data and bad communication.

Recently my phone doesn't go to page that shows my usage. It seems to crash. Please fix it. I love TracFone and won't give up on you.
My phone is absolutely active I have been using it for a month. But the app keeps telling me that its not active and won't let me setup an account. I've tried everything nothing works

After all these years with Tracfone, suddenly they don't who I am. I am very unhappy with Tracfone. You have all my information, and you don't know who I am. I suggest better people working at Tracfone. Disappointed. (Google knows who I am. Why can't you?
